Being a software profession is a curse ?
No where in the world a person getting a salary of lakhs without doing work. And if u look a person who is getting a salary of 50K per month it is because of his hardwork and dedication in his work.
It is also like a field of flim direction where you have to prove yourself to the outside world with your worthwhile movie. Here we are doing a work to make application run. Need to prove ourself to PM(Prj Manager) and to reach a higher standards.
And not all software professionals are getting high pay Even now persons with good knowledge are getting less pay due to insufficient exposore to explode his talent to outside world. Please directors do understood our situation and dont point a finger on us if anything happends in culture spoil or house rent creeps high...
